Stephanie Rose Bongiovi was born on May 31, 1993, to John Francis Bongiovi Jr. and Dorothea Hurley. Her father is an American singer-songwriter and actor and her mother is a karate instructor and restaurant owner.

Stephanie’s brother Jesse was born on February 19, 1995. After completing his BA in Political Arts and Government from the University of Notre Dame, he co-foundered Hampton Water Wine Co.
Her second brother, Jacob Hurley was born on May 7, 2002, in New Jersey. Her younger brother Romeo Jon Bongiovi was born on May 7, 2002.
Drug Overdose
While she was a freshman in her college, Hamilton College, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi was found unconscious after a heroin overdose. She was soon taken to the hospital and recovered.
Her father was informed about the addiction following the incident. While talking with news reporters, Jon revealed that his daughter is getting through the addiction.
She’s good. She’s getting through it. She’s healthy. The greatest gift that I have is that I have her. We’ll get through this. It was a shock for everybody and hopefully, we learn from these life lessons. It wasn’t what you see in the movies. It’s a pill form that these kids have access to. It was the first and hopefully the last time.
Jon also revealed that the first thing his eldest child said was she’s all right.
It was my worst moment as a father. The first thing she said, I’m all right but then she said this is what happened. You wake up, you shake it off and put your shoes on and say OK, I am on the way home.
She and her college friend, Ian S Grant, was arrested for the possession of drugs but they were soon released under New York State’s Good Samaritan law.
Working in Media After The Incident
After the drug overdose incident, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi is leading a drug-free life and soon started working as an assistant at The Weinstein Company. She also intervened at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Vice Media.
After her graduation, she assisted her father at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductions.
She is also a model. She has worked in Nikki Lund’s ‘White Trash Beautiful’ fashion show in London.
Father Wrote a Song for Her
As we all know, Stephanie’s father is a legendary singer. Her dad dedicated a song for his daughter, I Got The Girl, which featured on his band’s 2020 album, Crush.
In 2017, she made her live appearance alongside her father at shows and came out to dance with him as they played her song.
Relationship of Her Parents
Stephanie Rose Bongiovi’s parents, Jon and Dorothea started dating in the early 1980s and got married on April 29, 1989, at Graceland Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas. Her parents have been married for more than three decades and still have maintained a strong relationship.
