The American voice over artist Rachel Frederickson lost a whopping 155 lbs of weight and shocked the whole world during her appearance in NBC‘s The Biggest Loser.
Rachel was 260 lbs or 117.9 kg at the beginning of the show, but when the show ended, she was down to a mere 105 lbs or 47 kg. Her weight dropped by huge numbers, and her fans were totally shocked!

NBC’s The Biggest Loser started on October 15, 2013, and when the contestants were introduced, Rachel Frederickson was 260 lbs. The show lasted for four months and ended on Feb 4, 2014. And, by the end of the show, all of us were pretty shocked to see her skinny figure.
Rachel was just 105 lbs during the finale. This even shocked the trainers, Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels as she, who participated as an obese person, was now underweight. Her BMI dropped to 18, and as per the CDC standards, the 5 feet 5 inches tall was deemed underweight.
So, how did Rachel lose all of her weight? Well, the LA voiceover artist only consumed 1,600 calories while working out six hours every day. She followed a strict diet prepared by the show’s dietician, Cheryl Forberg, while she underwent an exercise regimen that had three to four exercise classes every day. Her work out included Zumba and Spin.

Talking about Rachel’s body transformation, her trainer, Dolvett Quince, also admitted that her weight loss was way too much. He also revealed that he has discussed with Frederickson about “getting her body back to a place where she has energy and muscle mass.”

Rachel Frederickson, who lost precisely 59.6% of her body weight, received lots of criticisms after she dropped to 105 lbs. Though there were positive comments as well, the criticisms outweighed them.
To talk about her thin frame, @LilRabenn claimed that Rachel was too skinny and that she didn’t approve of the weight loss. Similarly, another user by the handle, @Bettykiss, also stated that Rachel had lost too much weight.
One of the former Loser contestants, Jeff Nichols, jumped in to defend Rachel and other players and admitted that the opinions of fans on contestants were a bit too much.

The winner of The Biggest Loser Rachel Frederickson came out as a victor in the competition and there, she regained all her confidence back. She restarted her voiceover work and also started a job at DreamJobbing. Not only that, but she also established her own startup, a t-shirt printing company, PensPrints.
The LA native started working out daily, and a few months later, she regained 20 lbs of body weight. She’s now continuously running marathons. Her first marathon was on November 27, 2014, but since then, she has run lots of marathons ranging from a 10-mile run to as much as a 20-mile run.
Oh, and let’s not forget, Rachel has also been helping out as an animal activist. She pets a bulldog, Penpo, and even goes out rescuing animals. Added to that is her DietBet work where she works as a diet host.
