After their divorce, Andie started dating The Parent Trap actor Dennis Quaid. After some while, she got together with her high school classmate, Rhett Hartzog and they married on November 10, 2001, in front of 450 guests. They couldn’t continue their relationship and separated in October 2004.
Both Paul and Andie are single at the moment!
Father of Three
Paul Qualley and his ex-wife, Andie MacDowell have welcomed three kids during their marriage; Justin, Rainey, and Sarah Margaret Qualley.

Justin, 35, is currently a real estate agent in Montana. Not much is known about him as he prefers to stay out of the limelight.
Meanwhile, Rainey AKA Rainsford, 31, has turned to be an actress and a singer. She won the Miss Golden Globe 2012 and went on to appear in Mighty Fine opposite her mother in the same year. She now has 17 acting credits under her name. Besides, she has also released two EPs and ten Singles to date.

Likewise, Margaret, 26, has become an actress and model. Her modeling debut was at the age of 16 in 2011 while her acting debut was in 2013 in Palo Alto. She has 26 acting credits and an Emmy nomination under her belt.
Life After Divorce
Paul Qualley was a model when he met his former partner, Andie MacDowell. But, he left his modeling career to work as a rancher. He has a 3,000-acre ranch in Montana and is believed to have earned an estimated net worth of $100 thousand from his career.

Paul and Andie took turns to take care of their children after their separation. They lived three miles away from each other to look after their kids.
I grew up with my parents living three miles away form each other. My dad built a house right behind my school and would walk and bring me lunch every day to school. It was dreamy.
Margaret says her dad built a house behind her school just to spend more time with her!
During the same interview, Margaret also revealed how her parents were completely different from one another. While her mother had all the regular amenities at home, her dad didn’t have any of them.
His house had no TV, no computers, no wi-fi, no microwaves.

After separation, Paul didn’t date anyone but Andie started dating Dennis Quaid which Margaret believes is her fault. As she loved The Parent Trap which shows a divorced couple reignite their love and reunite, she told her mother how much she loved it. By it she meant the story but, her mother had other ideas.
I made a point of telling my mom how much I loved the movie — talked about it a lot. And then she started dating Dennis Quaid. And I was like, “Noooo! You got it all wrong! This is not what I meant at all!
Margaret says her mother started dating Dennis after she told her she liked The Parent Trap.
Paul might still be looking after his ranch and building properties for his clients. We can’t be so sure since he prefers to stay out of the media.
