Well, Melissa Peterman’s weight loss was all thanks to her workout routine with her personal trainer and her high fiber, high protein, low carb, low-fat, low sugar diet.

In a 2011 interview with Self, the Reba actress revealed her diet plan for the day. She divulged that it was difficult for her to maintain her diet since she had to send her kid to school.

I would like to be able to tell you that every morning I start my day with an organic egg white omelet with fresh spinach picked from my garden, a side of turkey bacon, and a fresh fruit smoothie.

Peterman further went on to reveal that she ate cottage cheese from the container while she’s out and about looking for her son’s shoes.

Then I eat an apple on the way to his preschool, and the closest thing I have had to a fresh fruit smoothie since I had my son is a watermelon, jolly rancher! For special occasions, I add cinnamon in my cottage cheese and dip the apple.

As already revealed, she ate organic egg white omelet with fresh spinach (107.2 calories), a side of turkey bacon (60 calories), and a fresh fruit smoothie (downwards of 250 calories) in the morning. With this kind of eating habit, Melissa, though didn’t gain too much fat, gained a few pounds.
