Lauren London AKA L-Boogie is one of the very talented American models, actresses, plus a TV personality. She got limelight after she appeared in music videos of some renowned personalities.

The 5 feet 2 inches tall actress’ major breakthrough, however, came when she played the role of Erin “New New” Garnett in the 2006 movie entitled ATL. For her performance as a supporting role, Lauren was even nominated for a Black Movie Award.

Due to her mixed-ethnicity, she had a lighter skin color, due to which she suffered from an identity crisis. Nonetheless, she accepted the fact about it and started to love both sides of her.

Unfortunately, her parents divorced while she was just three years old. Following that, she was taken care of by her mother. As for her father, he used to visit her in the summer and sent her to summer camps.

As for her education, Lauren was mostly homeschooled. But, before she was homeschooled, she was enrolled in Palisades Charter High School.

Just after some months of their split, there came the news that Lauren was pregnant with Lil Wayne’s child. On the 9th of September 2009, she gave birth to a son, Kameron Samuel Ari Carter. Later, in May of 2011, Lauren came up about her relationship with Lil Wayne. She said that their relationship was on and off many times and they even tried to revive it. After her relationship with the American rapper, Lil Wayne ended, Lauren London started to date another professional rapper, Ermias Asghedom, also known as Nipsey Hussle. Lauren and Nipsey’s dating life initiated in 2013.

Adding more happiness to their relationship, the duo was blessed with a son named Kross Ermias Asghedom on the 31st of August 2016. Since then, their bond seemed to escalate into a whole new level.

Few years after the birth of their child, there were rumors that Nipsey and Lauren got engaged in a private ceremony. The rumors became stronger after the couple did an engagement photoshoot. Moreover, many sources had even confirmed the news about their engagement. However, the speculation about the engagement was turned down by TMZ, as they confirmed that Lauren and Nipsey weren’t engaged and they did the photoshoot for a spread in GQ Magazine. In addition to that, neither Lauren nor Nipsey confirmed the rumors.

Nevertheless, as time passed, it was very sure that the duo of Lauren and Nipsey would not only be engaged but also share the wedding vows. Their relationship was very strong and they were happy with each other. But little did we know that their relationship would end in such a terrible way.

On a regular day of 31 March 2019, Nipsey Hussle was shot when he was outside of his Marathon clothing store in Los Angeles. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but, by the time he reached the hospital, he was already dead.

Lauren London’s career in the entertainment field began when she played in the 2003 short video, Pharrell Ft. Jay-Z: Frontin’. Later, in 2004, she was chosen to appear in Snoop Dogg’s music video entitled Snoop Dogg Feat. Pharrell Williams: Drop It Like It’s Hot.
