Knox Blue Howey and his twin sister, Violet Moon Howey are born at home instead of in the hospital. Steve and his former partner, Sarah, revealed in December 2020 that they welcomed their twin children with the help of a doula and a licensed OB/GYN. In the same interview, he suggested that home birth is “not for everybody.”
Knox had an unusual birth as his feet came first. Similarly, his twin sister didn’t have an easy birth as the cord wrapped around her neck twice rendering her unconscious, blue, and not breathing. The attendee doctor flicked her head and she started crying soon after.
Relationship of Her Parents
Knox Blue Howey’s parents Steve Howey and Sarah Shahi first met in 2004 and soon started dating. In 2007, they got engaged and got married in Las Vegas in 2009. However, in 2020, they separated and divorced a year later in 2021.
