Jru Scandrick is well known for being the youngest son of the American entrepreneur and actor, Draya Michele.
Born on April 8, 2016, he is the son of the mother, Draya Michele, and father, Orlando Scandrick, a former NFL player. He has one sibling, an elder brother, Kniko Howard.

Jru Scandrick was born as the youngest son of Draya Michele and her former partner, Orlando Scandrick. When his parents welcomed him, he was 6.5 lbs and 20 inches long.

Draya revealed about her pregnancy with her second child on January 5, 2016, when she was already in her 2nd trimester. While talking about her pregnancy, she revealed that she took two tests just to make sure.
I’m not sure what made me decide to take a home pregnancy test, but I decided on taking two at the same time! They were both positive and I was instantly excited.

Not only that, but she also revealed that she was going to have a baby boy. She and her beau at-the-time, Orlando made an appointment to find out the gender of the child for the 16th week, but they found about him four weeks prior.
We made an appointment to see the sex of the baby for 16 weeks, but surprisingly at 12 weeks, our doctor was able to see that he (Jru) was a boy. Technology and ultrasound machines are much more advanced than 13 years ago when I had my first child.

Almost a week after giving birth to Jru, Draya took to her socials to reveal that she welcomed him last week and that he’s a healthy baby.

For the first photos of Jru, his mother readied him with his father’s jersey in December when he was already eight months old. A few months prior, when asked why she hadn’t revealed any pictures of Jru by one of her Instagram fans, ValerieZuniga, she indicated that he’s too young and still changing. She wrote, “In other words, he’s ugly.”

Prior to all of this, during the mother’s day on May 9, Jru’s mother posted a graphic video on Instagram that showed her giving birth alongside a caption wishing everyone a happy mother’s day. Talking about Jru Scandrick’s parent’s relationship, it’s unfortunate to say that it’s already over between them. Jru’s mother, Draya Michele, and father, Orlando Scandrick, called it quits around late 2019. But, we all knew this was coming, didn’t we?

Well, Jru’s parents started their dating affair in 2013 but a year after, they split following infidelity issues. While talking about her moving on, Draya wrote that she’d rather focus on her career and family than on her relationship. She also went on to say that she wasn’t one who failed because she had given her best to make things work.
The duo got together again, but history repeated itself, they broke up in 2015. This time, they revealed that the end of their relationship is mutual.
After more than two years together, Orlando and I have mutually decided to end our relationship. Unfortunately, we both live very hectic lives making it difficult to spend the deserved time together. He is a great father and athlete and I will cherish the memories that we created.

Well, to their fans’ shock, they reunited again, got engaged, and split again. This time, Orlando had to get a restraining order against Draya because she pepper-sprayed him once and also threatened to throw bleach in his eyes. The restraining order was put down and they reunited again. They welcomed their younger son, Jru, but three years later, they ended up splitting again.
