McPharlin stunned in a blue polka dot dress to show off her slim figure. The dress was from Fashion Pop Boutique, an online fashion store. She shared her coupon code, ‘FOXY15’, and revealed that visitors would get a 15% discount if they used the code at the online boutique.

Post-comments about her surgery, McPharlin deleted all of her comments and turned any further comments off for the post.

Secrets Behind Jo McPharlin’ Weight Loss

Following her fans’ reaction to her weight loss, Jo McPharlin again took to her social media to reveal the truth behind her weight loss journey! She posted an 8-minute video titled, “Myth-busting the weight loss conversation,” where she denied all claims of her weight loss surgery and revealed that she lost weight after cutting out on junk food and alcohol, keeping active, and also by using an Electronic Muscle Stimulation device.

While talking about her weight loss, she revealed that it was her lack of fitness qualifications that stopped her from sharing her secrets. But, she was too hurt after she was body-shamed, and her hard work was termed surgery.

Jo also revealed that she would walk for 90 minutes every day while also using an electromagnetic belt, MM Slimming Device, to tone and stimulate her muscles. While talking about her slimming device, she claims that it would feel like 20,000 sit-ups in just half an hour.

As much as everyone is saying I’m skinny, I’m the same weight. I’ve just started to tone up, lose my bum and stomach. This machine is amazing.
