The businesswoman and reality star, Jacqie Campos lost around 70-pound in early 2018. She talked about her weight loss journey in Universo’s reality show, The Riveras. She says she was motivated to lose weight because of her kids.
I was starting to see that I didn’t have enough energy to be a good mom, and I wanted to be a good example.
As you can see in my social media, I’m staying focused. I don’t work out all the time but when I can — and I’m just eating healthy. It actually makes me feel better. I just have more energy now, so I think I’m going to keep doing it.

We have been through some strong storms and if I could be honest we were way past the point of no return. BUT GOD! By the grace and love of God we are here and were stronger than ever. Separated For a Short Period
In late 2017, Jacqie and Michael separated and also went through a divorce process. But later on, in August 2019, they reconciled. She revealed it on her Instagram which has now been deleted.
As you know, I have made it a point to include you guys in the the best and worst moments of my life. So I don’t want to leave you behind on this. Mike and I are in the process of our divorce. The people closest to me already know and their support has been such a great help. But, I didn’t want to leave you all out as you all have also been with me through all moments of my life.
Has Four Kids
Jacqie Campos is a mother of four kids. She welcomed her children with two partners. In 2009, she welcomed her daughter, Jaylah Yanez with her former partner, Danny Yanez.

Mother’s Death
Jacqie Campos’s mother, Jenni Rivera died in a plane crash near Monterrey, Mexico on December 9, 2012. The incident happened just minutes after the takeoff and six other people lost their life. However, the reason for the crash still remains a mystery.
Father Sentenced to Jail For 31 Years
In 2007, her dad, Jose Trinidad Marin was sent to jail for around 31 years. He was found guilty of eight serious crimes.
He was found guilty of three counts of lewd act upon a child, three counts of oral copulation of a child, one count of continuous sexual assault, and one count of aggravated sexual assault.
