Connor Payton is the youngest child of former American football coach and quarterback, Patrick Sean Payton, and his ex-wife, Beth Shuey.
Born on May 31, 2000, Connor is currently studying at Texas Christian University since 2019. Previously, he went to Liberty Christian School in Fort Worth.

Connor Payton has an elder sister named Meghan Payton who was born on March 20, 1997. She completed her graduation in 2019 in Media Production and Sports Broadcasting from Pepperdine University.

After completing her graduation, she started working for WGNO in New Orleans. Since February 2021, she is working with the NFL Network as a sports news correspondent.
Regarding her personal life, she is in a dating relationship with actor Christopher Titone. Her boyfriend is also the one who wrote the movie, Home Team, based on his girlfriend’s father’s one-year suspension.

After their divorce, both of his parents have moved on. His mother is married to Jamie McGuire while his father is married to Skylene Montgomery.

Home Team is a sports comedy movie based on his father, Sean Payton, which was released on January 28, 2022, on Netflix.

Sean Payton was suspended for a year in 2012 after an NFL investigation found him involved in the Bountygate scandal. Following this, he returned to his hometown where he connected with his son and coached his 6th-grade football team.
The movie was directed by Charles and Daniel Kinnane and written by Christopher Titone and Keith Blum. While Kevin James appears as Sean, the coach’s son is portrayed by Tait Blum.

Connor Payton has followed in the footsteps of his father and has been playing football since his childhood days.
When he was around 12 years old, his father coached him and his team while Sean was suspended from NFL. During his school days, he played football. However, as of now, he is not part of the University’s football team.
Although he is not active in playing football, he follows sports and attends different football or basketball matches. He has always claimed himself as a big fan of the Saints.

Father Sean Payton Left the Head Coaching Position
On January 25, 2022, his father announced his retirement from his head coach position at New Orleans Saints after 16 years of service.
