Candace Cameron Bure Wants You Moving! #Instafit

The American actress and author, Candace Cameron Bure, who is famous for her role in Fuller House as D.J. Tanner-Fuller, is calling out everyone to join in on her workout session live on Instagram.

Bure will be doing a live IG workout video alongside her fitness trainer, Kira Stokes, on Monday, June 8, 11 AM ET, 8 AM PT. The session is thought out to be 50 minutes and will focus on a full-body workout.

Well, she also writes about the necessary things needed for this workout session. Her list includes weights, bands, ball, and gliders, but “only if you have them.” If you don’t have any of these items, you can be creative or just use your bodyweight for the exercises.


In between the captions, Candace also reveals that tomorrow or June 8 is the 70th birthday of her mom.

It’s also my mom’s 70th birthday tomorrow so we’ll be doing some extra grapevines for mama.

The same picture was also posted on Kira Stokes‘ Instagram profile. She asks people to “keep moving with positive vibes, virtual high fives, and 50 minutes of FULL BODY goodness.” Though this is posted on Kira’s Instagram, it will only be hosted on Candace’s story and IGTV.

Well, Bure usually worked out for an hour at least five days a week. With Kira, the sessions prolonged upto two hours or more.

Day 1 – Cardio
Day 2 – Resistance Training
Day 3 – HIIT
Day 4 – Resistance Training
Day 5 – Rest
Day 6 – HIIT and Resistance Training
Day 7 – Rest

Now for her dietary choices, Candace prefers a vegan diet but when she can’t get everything vegan, she consumes two egg whites and sometimes fish as well. And, she doesn’t do dairies!

Besides her diet, she also indulges in apple cider vinegar. In fact, she uses it daily. She says it helps her with the digestion.
