Born Anne Clayton Costner on April 15, 1984, in Los Angeles, California, she was raised alongside two siblings, a sister, Lily Costner (b. August 4, 1986), and a brother, Joe Costner (b. January 31, 1988). She also has four half-siblings from his dad’s relationship.
Professionally, she is a movie producer and the founder of the production company, Sound Off Films. She is also a real state agent.

Previously, she worked as an actor and producer. In 1990, she made her acting debut after appearing in Dances with Wolves as Christine. After that, she appeared in The Baby-Sitters Club, Waterworld, Lazy Teenage Superheroes, and The Postman.
She also has around five producer credits under her name since 2016. Her first work as a producer was in The Discarded: A Tale of Two Rios.
Apart from all these, she is also the co-owner of the production company, Sound Off Films alongside Adrienne Hall since 2014.
