Angie King is known for being the former wife of the American stand-up comedian, Joseph Glenn Herbert Sr AKA Jo Koy. She is also a singer-songwriter who goes by the stage name, Nura Luca.
Angie was born on May 28, 1979, to her father, David A., and mother, Tessie King. Her World War II US Navy veteran father, who lost his life in 2018, is an American while her mother is Filipino. Angie was raised in California as a Catholic.

Angie King and Jo Koy started dating in the early 2000s. They married in 2005 but the pair decided to separate soon after.
Angie and Jo Koy have a son together. Their only child, Joseph Herbert Jr. was born on April 21, 2003, in California. After their divorce, they share joint custody of their son.

Though they are divorced, Angie and Jo Koy have no hard feelings for each other. Even during the COVID lockdown, the former partners quarantined together at Joseph’s home to make it easier for their son.
During an interview with Windy City Live in 2020, Koy pulled his ex-wife to discuss being friendly post-divorce and co-parenting their son.

The 42-year-old Angie King is currently dating skateboarder and painter, Gino Perez. Her boyfriend is a designer and artist based in Los Angeles.

Singing Career
Angie King is a singer-songwriter who started singing solos at the age of 15. Her parents were both in the parish church choir and encouraged her to follow their footsteps into the choir.

Four Siblings
Angie King has four siblings, one biological and three half-siblings. Her younger brother, David King Jr. is married to Janea and has a daughter, Natalie Rose King in February 2019.
