Hannigan’s Career Began at Age 4
The 47-year-old Alyson Hannigan began her career appearing in commercials at the age of 4. Her mother, Emilie Posner Haas was a photographer and she didn’t leave any chance to use her daughter for a modeling job if they needed a baby. But, she was never forced to choose this career!
Hannigan moved to Hollywood with her mother at the age of 11. While attending high school, she started auditioning for roles. In 1986, she was called up for her debut role as Patty Stubbs in Impure Thoughts. Two years later, she appeared in her first major film, My Stepmother Is an Alien.
