The 18-year-old Alaafia Jehu-T Snipes is the third child of Wesley Snipes and Nakyung Park among four kids. He has one sister: Iset Jua-T Snipes and two brothers: Alimayu Moa-T and Akhenaten Kihwa-T Snipes.

His elder brother, Akhenaten was born in 2000 and his sister, Iset Jua-T on July 31, 2001. His younger brother Alimayu Moa-T Snipes was born on March 26, 2007.

Alaafia Jehu-T Snipes’ parents, Wesley and Nakyung got married on March 17, 2003, after three years of dating.
They shared their vows in front of their single friend in a very private ceremony at the courthouse in Hackensack, N.J. On their big day, the pair wore a regular dress and didn’t even take pictures or videos.
It was a basic, ‘take it or leave it’ thing. He took her down to the courthouse and he married her — the poor woman didn’t even get a chance to walk down the aisle. And he didn’t promise her a honeymoon, either.

Apart from his three siblings, Alaafia Jehu-T also has an elder brother named Jelani Asar Snipes born in 1989 to his father and his ex-wife, April Dubois. His father was married to April from 1985 to 1990. His elder brother appeared in Mo’ Better Blues when he was one.
